There are many, many hiking trails in the area, each one unique but every one is rewarding in different ways from wildlife to flowers and spectacular views. 

On the South Fork of the Bonito trail are grassy meadows, wooded areas and river crossings The beautiful, open meadows of the South Fork trail are covered with wildflowers in the summer and fall.

 

Green forests, sunflowers and a mountain stream are the ingredients that make a perfect hike
